If you’ve prepared your file for printing — with the final size set and any borders already included — you’re good to go!
Just follow our step-by-step online ordering process below to choose your size, paper type, upload your file and place your print order. For custom sizes, large files, or if you’re unsure about anything, feel free to get in touch with us.

FILE REQUIREMENTS

We accept all common file formats. To ensure the highest quality prints, here are our recommended file specs:

File Type: High-quality, flattened TIFF or JPEG (best options). PSD and PDF also accepted.
Note: Large TIFF files may need to be zipped for faster upload.

Colour: RGB with Adobe RGB (1998) or sRGB.

Resolution: At least 300dpi resolution at the print size required.

Borders: Add your border to your file before uploading and include the border within your final print size when ordering. If you need help adding borders please get in touch.

Bleed & Trim: If you can add your bleed and trim marks, we recommend 2- 3mm around around the file.

File Name: Please name your file in this format:
“YourName_ShortPrintTitle_PrintSize.”

If your file is very large please get in touch and send any files across via We-Transfer/ Dropbox.

Can I send my artwork across in another format?
We reccomend a flattened TIFF file, but also except PSD, PDF & JPEG files too. If you need help you can contact us.
Can I order my artwork in more than one size or on a different paper type?
Once you have added your first print size and paper choice, you can then order more prints of the same artwork in another size and paper. You will have to upload the artwork again in the correct size.
Will a border be added to my print?
Borders are NOT automatically added to prints. We print exactly what is supplied in your file. If you would like a border included, please add it to your artwork file and ensure that your final print size reflects the overall dimensions you’d like printed. Please get in touch if you need help adding borders before placing an order.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, please contact us for a quote.
How can I speed up the process of uploading my files?
TIFF files can be large in size. You can upload each file as a Zip folder. This will not affect the image quality, just reduce the file size, making uploads faster. To create a Zip file, right-click on your file and select ‘Send to’ > ‘Compressed (zipped) folder’ (on Windows), or Control-click the file and choose ‘Compress’ (on a Mac).
Can I edit my order once it’s in the cart?
Yes click the ‘edit options’ button next to your order to go back in and make any adjustments.
