How To Order Your Prints

New here? Follow our step by step guide on how to order online.

Step 1: where to order

  • You can order your prints online or by emailing us. If you would like to order online then follow the steps below.
  • Click on the ORDER NOW button on any page or navigate to the menu and click ORDER PRINTS

Step 2: select paper type

  • Choose the paper you would like your print to be printed on and click NEXT.
  • You can choose between Platinium Etching or Matt Smooth.

Step 3: choose a paper size

  • If you click on STANDARD select a standard A-size or common frame size from the dropdown list.
  • If you click CUSTOM you can enter the dimensions of your overall print size in cm.
  • The paper size should include any internal borders that will be around the image.

Step 4: upload your files

  • To upload you files, click on the box and select the files to print OR drag files into the box.
  • Make sure your file is in a PDF format only.
  • Once you have added all your files, select the quantity of each using the arrows next to each file.
  • Click NEXT once all files are added and qauntites have been selected.

Step 5: check your order

  • Use the summery box to check your order before adding to the cart.
  • Once your happy click ADD TO CART

Step 6: editing orders in your cart

  • To remove a print order, click the X next to the order you want to remove.
  • To edit a print order, click the EDIT OPTIONS button next to the order you want to adjust and update.
  • Follow the ordering steps and make any changes to the paper type, print size, files and quantities.
  • Check the order summery box and click UPDATE PRODUCT.

Step 7: add more prints

  • To add more prints to your order, but in a different size or on a different paper type follow these instructions.
  • Go down to the bottom of the CART page and click on the ORDER MORE PRINTS button.
  • Follow the ordering instructions you did previously and ADD TO CART.

Step 8: checkout

  • Check your order in your CART is correct and updated.
  • Go to the bottom your CART page and select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  • Enter your billing details. ONLY add in your shipping details if your NOT collecting.
  • Add in any additional notes for your print order.
  • Choose your payment method, by debit/ credit card OR paypal and enter your details.
  • TICK that you have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.
  • Your order will be confirmed and you will recieve a confirmation email .

Step 9: collecting your order

  • Once we have recieved your order, we may be contact to confirm the files are correct before printing.
  • You will recieve an email once your order is ready to collect asking for a prefered day & time.
  • In the collection email you will also recieve parking instructions & directions.
