Delivery & Returns

Collection: You may collect your prints from Artist Print Studio or have them delivered.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Terms: We offer various shipping methods for domestic and international orders, including standard shipping and expedited shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Where specified you will be required to sign for delivered work, or we will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.

Where Artist Print Studio has agreed to deliver goods to you, goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified, if our
representatives are unable to gain access to the delivery address or delivery is delayed due to any act or omission of the client, you will be held liable for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of re-arranging delivery.

Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days, while international orders may take longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Charges: Charges for postage, packing and delivery will be
incurred and payable at the time of order. You shall be responsible for
all customs and other duties and all related costs and expenses payable
on any international transaction.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that your print is damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered materials unless notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Damages: Any claims for damages must be supported by photographic evidence and we reserve the right and may request the return of the damaged article, which we will arrange the collection of. Claims of this nature will be limited to the cost of the order as charged by Artist Print Studio. No actions will be taken by Artist Print Studio without photographic proof or the receipt of the damaged item.

Any damaged items returned to Artist Print Studio will be destroyed after investigation.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process: If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@artistprintstudio.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Replacement: Artist Print Studio will offer a replacement if an item is deemed ‘lost in the post’. In this instance this will only apply if an exact address has been supplied and no evidence exists to suggest the customer has been left a delivery card or contacted by our courier services in relation to the delivery. Such a replacement will only be offered when the appropriate delivery time as stated on our website has expired.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Alternatively we may offer to reprint and resend the item free of charge. Please note in this instance replacements will be sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery or our courier where appropriate.

Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a reprint.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Liability: Artist Print Studio maximum liability shall not exceed the total sum payable in connection with the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits, loss of contracts or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising.
